Fried White Cabbage

Gebratener Weißkohl mit Krabben von Spoonsparrow ist einfach aber immer wieder richtig gut als Beilage oder Vorspeise.
Ingredients
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 walnut-sized piece ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 bunch spring onions
- 200 g sea crab
- Salt
- Pepper

Cut the cabbage into fine strips or shave it. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the cabbage, turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes.

Peel and slice the ginger and garlic. Trim, wash, and cut the spring onions into rings. Add ginger, garlic, and spring onions to the cabbage after 10 minutes and cook together.

Stir in the crab and heat through. Season with salt and pepper, then serve the fried white cabbage.
