Ingredients
- 0.5 bundle basil (ca. 15 g)
- 0.5 bundle tarragon (ca. 15 g)
- 0.5 bundle mint (ca. 15 g)
- 1 bundle parsley (ca. 30 g)
- 1 peeled garlic clove
- 40 g toast bread (crumbs removed)
- 350 ml vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions

Wash the herbs, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves and finely blend with the remaining ingredients.

Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, then serve in a small bowl.
