Ingredients

  • 200 g mixed salad leaves (arugula, oak leaf, dandelion, batavia... )
  • 150 g goat fresh cheese with herb coating (from the roll)
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnut kernels
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

Instructions

    Wash, clean, and dry salad leaves, then tear into bite‑size pieces as needed.

    Slice goat cheese into approximately 1 cm thick slices.

    Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, and sugar; whisk in the oils with a whisk until emulsified, taste, and fold in chopped walnuts.
