Greek Salad with Feta

Ingredients
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 50 g fresh herbs (chives, parsley, chervil, dill, basil, borage)
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 small head of lettuce (or romaine salad)
- 100 g radishes
- 100 g cucumber
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 100 g tomatoes
- 100 g sheep cheese
- 2 tbsp barley sprouts
- 40 g barley grains
- 10 black olives
Instructions

Peel the egg and dice finely. Wash the herbs, shake dry, and chop finely. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and mustard. Add the diced egg and herbs to the dressing.

Wash the salad leaves, shake dry, and tear into pieces. Lay a large plate with the leaves. Wash radishes and slice thinly. Wash cucumber and julienne finely.

Halve the bell pepper, remove seeds, wash, and cut into strips. Peel onion and dice finely. Wash tomatoes, halve, and roughly cube the flesh.

Distribute the ingredients on the salad leaves and pour over the dressing. Roughly chop the sheep cheese and sprinkle with barley sprouts and grains. Decorate with olives.
