Ingredients
- 2 kg lamb chops (ready to cook)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Sea salt

Wash the lamb chops and pat dry. Rinse the herbs, shake off excess water, roughly chop, mix with the oil and season with a pinch of pepper. Peel the garlic, press it into the herb oil, stir, and coat the chops with this mixture. Let marinate overnight if possible.

Heat the grill the next day.

Place the chops on the hot grill and cook each side for about 3 minutes. Season with sea salt and serve.
