Ingredients

  • 4 thin slices of toast bread (or white bread)
  • 100 g Cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp horseradish (jarred)
  • pepper (ground)
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 4 tsp lingonberries (jarred)
  • watercress (for garnish)

Instructions

    Toast the bread and bake under the oven grill on both sides for about 5 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool.

    Mix the cottage cheese with horseradish and season with pepper. Arrange the ham slices on plates, top with the cheese mixture and add lingonberries. Serve garnished with toast and watercress.
