Ingredients

  • 400 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp low‑fat quark
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 1 tbsp chocolate coffee beans
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

    Add the milk, quark, ice cream and syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. Stir in the chocolate beans and pour the shake into glasses.

    Mix the coffee with sugar and 3–4 tbsp cold water, then froth with a milk frother. Spoon the coffee foam over the shake and serve garnished with straws.
