Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 300 ml hot brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 80 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp dark chocolate shavings
  • 2 waffle cones (for garnish)

Instructions

    Stir the hot coffee with the sugar until dissolved. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Whip the cream with the vanilla powder until stiff. Place one scoop of ice cream in each tall glass and pour cold coffee over it. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings. Serve garnished with waffle cones.
