Ingredients
- 200 ml cold coffee (or espresso)
- 8 cold espressos
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 100 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- Chocolate sprinkles (for garnish)

Fill the cold coffee into an ice cube tray and let it freeze for about 2 hours.

Add the espressos, cold milk, sugars, and approximately 500 ml cold water to a shaker and shake well. Whip the cream until stiff. Pour into cups, add coffee ice cubes if desired, and serve topped with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
