Ingredients
- 1 recipe yeast dough (500 g flour)
- 8 colored Easter eggs
- flour (for working)
- oil
- butter (for the tray)
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g sesame seeds (for sprinkling)

Rub the colored eggs lightly with a little oil.

Knead the dough well on a floured work surface, shape into a roll and cut into 8-10 equal pieces; then form each into about 20 cm long rolls, cross the ends to create loops. Place on greased baking sheets and cover for about 20 more minutes to rise.

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Place one colored egg in the center of each loop. Whisk the yolk with 1 tbsp water and brush the loops with it, sprinkle with sesame, and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
