Ingredients
- 4 firm pears
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 g cranberries
- 100 g white currants
- 50 ml Cranberry juice
- 100 ml dry red wine
- 200 g gelatin sugar (2:1)

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat.

Wash the pears, halve them and remove the core. Drizzle with lemon juice. Wash and pat dry the cranberries and currants. Add cranberry juice and red wine to a pot. Bring to a boil. Add the gelatin sugar and simmer for about 4 minutes.

Fill each pear with the cranberry mixture and place in a baking dish. Bake for about 8 minutes, then serve.
