Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cherries (350 g each)
- 200 g Spelt flour Type 1050
- 150 g softened butter (+1 tbsp for the pan)
- 50 g whole cane sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 0.5 zest of an orange

Drain cherries. Grease a baking dish with butter.

Combine flour, butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix loosely. Divide into two portions. Knead one portion with cocoa to make crumbs; knead the other with orange zest.
