Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cherries (350 g each)
  • 200 g Spelt flour Type 1050
  • 150 g softened butter (+1 tbsp for the pan)
  • 50 g whole cane sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 0.5 zest of an orange

Instructions

    Drain cherries. Grease a baking dish with butter.

    Combine flour, butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix loosely. Divide into two portions. Knead one portion with cocoa to make crumbs; knead the other with orange zest.
