Ingredients
- 600 g plums
- soft butter (for the pan)
- 0.5 untreated lemon
- 40 ml plum liqueur
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50 g ground almonds
- 50 g ground hazelnuts
- 100 g brown sugar
- 100 g flour
- 50 g rolled oats
- 125 g butter
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder

Preheat the oven to 220°C fan.

Wash, halve, pit the plums and arrange them in a butter‑lined baking dish. Grate the lemon peel, squeeze out the juice, and mix both with liqueur and honey. Drizzle over the plums and stir.

Grind the nuts with sugar, flour, oats, butter, and cinnamon between your hands to form crumbs, then sprinkle over the plums. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve with ice cream if desired.
