Ingredients

  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • 150 ml milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 20 g pine nuts

Instructions

    Drain the Gorgonzola, cut it small, put it with the milk in a pot and melt over low heat while stirring. Once the sauce is creamy, season with salt and pepper.

    Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat over low heat while stirring until golden brown.

    Serve the Gorgonzola sauce sprinkled with pine nuts.
