  • 200 g mixed greens (e.g., frisée, oak leaf)
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • a pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp each of pink berries and green peppercorns (freeze‑dried)
  • 4 small fresh goat cheese rounds (about 30 g each)
