- 200 g mixed greens (e.g., frisée, oak leaf)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- a pinch of freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp each of pink berries and green peppercorns (freeze‑dried)
- 4 small fresh goat cheese rounds (about 30 g each)
Instructions

Clean the mixed greens, rinse and pat dry. Whisk vinegar with salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil. Stir in pink berries and peppercorns.
