- 100 g dried figs
- 1 Shallot
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 small dried chili pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- 8 goat cheese tarts 40 g each (Picandou)
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp sugar

Cut the dried figs into very fine cubes. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Mix both in a bowl with lemon juice, olive oil, crushed chili pepper, salt, and pepper.

Place the cheese tarts in a shallow sealable bowl and pour the dressing over them. Marinate overnight.
