Ingredients

  • 100 g Ebly (pre-cooked product)
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 200 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 dried tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 50 g arugula
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

    Let Ebly soak in salted water according to package instructions. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper, then sear in 1 tsp hot oil on both sides until golden brown; set aside warm.

    Wash and finely chop the dried tomatoes. Wash and trim the carrots and celery. Slice celery crosswise into rounds and carrots lengthwise into thin slices. Rinse arugula, shake dry, and cut into smaller pieces.

    Slice the turkey meat into strips.

    Whisk together balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and remaining oil. Combine prepared vegetables and wheat; top with turkey strips before serving.
