  • 4 goat cheese taler (≈120 g)
  • 2 tbsp lavender honey
  • 3 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g lamb's lettuce
  • 3 tbsp herb vinegar
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • lavender buds (for garnish)
  • rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven grill.

    Brush goat cheese with honey and 2 tbsp olive oil. Grill under preheated heat for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Wash, dry, and divide lamb's lettuce among four plates. Mix remaining oil with vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle vinaigrette over salad.

    Season warm goat cheese with salt and pepper, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and place on top of the salad. Serve garnished with lavender buds and rosemary.
