Ingredients

  • 120 g young goat cheese (skinless)
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp whipping cream
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 250 g small baguette (1 small baguette)
  • 15 g black truffle

Instructions

    Mix the goat cheese, cream cheese and whipping cream with a fork until smooth. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

    Spread the creamy mixture onto slices of baguette and sprinkle finely grated black truffle on top.
