- 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
- 150 g grapes (red and green)
- 400 g goat Camembert
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 4 tbsp grape seed oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Wash, rinse, and pat the salad dry. Wash the grapes, halve them, and pit if desired. Slice the Camembert into fan-shaped pieces and arrange on plates.

Add the salad to the plate and scatter the grapes over the cheese. Whisk the vinegar with 1–2 tbsp water, honey, and oil; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad, sprinkle with pepper, and serve.
