Ingredients

  • 600 g goat cream cheese
  • 0.5 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • white pepper
  • ground almonds (for rolling)
  • curry powder (for rolling)
  • paprika powder (for rolling)
  • 1 tbsp herbs de Provence

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Quarter the goat cream cheese. Stir in a quarter of the lemon zest, season with white pepper, form into small balls (about 2–3 cm diameter) and roll in almonds.

    Take another quarter of the mixture, form into balls and roll in curry powder.

  3. 3.

    Roll a third quarter of the mixture into balls and coat with paprika powder.

  4. 4.

    Stir half of the herbs de Provence into the remaining quarter, shape into balls and roll in the rest of the herbs.
