Glazed Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 150 g dark couverture (60-70% cocoa content)
  • 150 g white couverture
  • 75 g colorful sugar sprinkles
  • 75 g hazelnuts (chopped and toasted)

Instructions

    Wash the strawberries gently with style, pat dry. Chop the couvertures and heat separately. Dip half of the strawberries in the white couverture, the other half in the dark, and let them cool on a wire rack.

    Shape two small sheets from parchment paper, fill with the remaining white and dark couvertures. Trim the tips of the sheets, decorate the dark-covered strawberries with white couverture and vice versa. Optionally sprinkle sugar sprinkles and chopped nuts before they set and harden.
