Ingredients

  • 800 g mixed fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, grapes, apples...)
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 300 g whipped cream (well chilled)
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp organic lemon zest
  • 1 lemon (freshly squeezed)

Instructions

    Whisk the yogurt with the lemon zest and sugar. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the yogurt mixture.

    Wash, deseed if necessary, peel, chop small or slice the fruits. Layer fruit or berry varieties alternately with the yogurt cream in a glass bowl, drizzling each layer with a few drops of lemon juice. Finish with the cream and garnish with berries before serving. Chill for about 30 minutes beforehand.
