Pineapple Fruit Salad

With the fruit salad in pineapple from Spoonsparrow you bring summer to your plate!

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 mandarins
  • 100 g blue grapes
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 small Grapefruit
  • 20 ml orange juice

Instructions

    Cut a lid off the pineapple and use a knife to cut the fruit flesh about 1 cm from the shell. Remove the core and dice the flesh. Peel the mandarins and halve the segments. Wash, halve and seed the grapes. Peel the kiwis and cut into pieces.

    Peel the grapefruit and cut out the segments, catching the draining juice.

    Combine everything with orange juice, let it rest a bit before serving, then fill the hollowed pineapple for presentation.
