Ingredients

  • 250 g glass noodles
  • 600 g salmon fillet (ready to cook, skinless)
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tbsp light sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 Tbsp lime juice
  • light soy sauce
  • a handful of sprouts (e.g., radish sprouts)
  • 1.5 tbsp pickled ginger

Instructions

    Pour boiling water over the glass noodles in a bowl and let them soak for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and, if desired, cut into smaller pieces with kitchen scissors.

    Wash the fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lime juice, and sear in a hot pan with 2 tbsp oil until golden brown on all sides. Reduce heat, brush the fish with honey, sprinkle sesame seeds, and remove from heat.
