Vegetable Salad with Chicken and Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 400 g cooked chicken meat
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 large pickled cucumbers (optional vinegar pickles)
  • 4 large boiled potatoes (firmly boiled)
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • 10 black olives (pitted)
  • 3 tbsp shrimp (in lake)
  • 300 ml Russian salad mayonnaise (Provencal)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Peel the chicken meat and cut into thin strips. Peel the potatoes and eggs, dice them. Dice the pickled cucumbers into smaller cubes. Blanch the peas in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, cool, then drain. Finely chop the olives and mix with the shrimp and peas.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, gently stir in the mayonnaise, and fold carefully. Season with salt and pepper, taste, and let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
