Ginger Shots

Ingredients

  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the ginger. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.

  2. 2.

    Peel, wash, and quarter the apples. Put the apples and ginger into a juicer and extract the juice.

    Mix the juices together and season with cayenne pepper.

  4. 4.

    Serve the mixture immediately as ginger shots or freeze in portions. Ice cube trays work especially well for freezing!
