Tomatoes with Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 300 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400 g large tomatoes (4 big tomatoes)
  • 40 g salad greens (1 handful)

Instructions

    Wash the chives, dry and shake them, then cut into fine ribbons. Peel the garlic.

    Mix the cream cheese with the chives. Squeeze in the garlic, stir everything together, season with salt and pepper, and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile wash the tomatoes and slice them into 1/2 cm thick rounds, lightly salt and pepper them.

  4. 4.

    Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the tomato slices and stack them as whole tomatoes.

    Wash the salad greens, dry by spinning, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Distribute on 4 serving spoons or 4 small plates and arrange the tomatoes on top.
