Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley (ca. 30 g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. While it cooks, peel the garlic cloves and slice them thin.

Wash the parsley, shake dry, and pluck the leaves. Slice into fine strips.

Heat olive oil in a hot pan and sauté the garlic until lightly golden brown.

Season with salt and pepper, fold in the drained spaghetti (add a splash of pasta water if needed) and the parsley, then serve.
