Ingredients
- 8 hard‑boiled eggs
- 1 baby pineapple
- 200 g pre‑cooked shrimps
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 cup yogurt
- 150 g mayonnaise (from jar)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- salt, pepper, Tabasco to taste
- red beet leaf for garnish
Instructions

Peel and quarter the pineapple, removing the tough core. Peel and quarter the eggs. Slice the pineapple into fine sticks and add them with the shrimps and capers to the eggs in a bowl. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.

Season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco; combine with the remaining ingredients and garnish with red beet leaves.
