Ingredients

  • 200 g shrimp (boiled and peeled)
  • 1 baby pineapple
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp wasabi
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Tabasco
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 0.25 head iceberg lettuce
  • white or toast bread
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

    Rinse the shrimp under cold water and drain well. Peel the pineapple, cut into small pieces.

    Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, wasabi, and parsley; season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix in the drained shrimp. Cover and refrigerate.

    Meanwhile, clean, wash, and dry or slice the iceberg lettuce into strips. Place the lettuce in bowls and arrange the shrimp cocktail on top. Garnish with parsley and serve with toasted white bread.
