- 150 g mozzarella
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Avocados
- 125 g shrimp
- 1 box watercress

Cut the mozzarella into strips. Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, honey and olive oil. Pour over the mozzarella.

Halve the avocados, remove the pits and peel the halves. Slice the avocado pieces.

Arrange the mozzarella, avocado slices and shrimp on plates. Drizzle the remaining dressing over them. Trim the watercress and garnish the appetizer plates with it.
