Ingredients
- 400 g cooked sliced chicken breast
- 1 lemon
- 1 Organic Orange
- 2 small red onions
- 1 Avocado
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- colorful pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp dill sprigs
Instructions

Cut the chicken into bite‑sized pieces. Halve and juice the lemon. Wash, dry, and finely grate the orange zest. Peel the orange with a knife to remove the white pith, halve it, and slice the fruit into 3–4 mm thick rounds.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together vinegar, remaining lemon juice, orange zest, honey, salt, pepper, and finally fold in olive oil to make a dressing. Marinate the salad with the dressing, sprinkle colorful pepper over it, garnish with dill sprigs, and serve immediately.
