Ingredients
- 150 g raspberries
- 150 g Strawberries
- 2 oranges
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 small apple
- 60 g white almond kernels (roasted)
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp whole grain sugar
- 100 ml apple juice (direct juice)
- 50 ml cranberry juice (mother's juice)
- 250 ml Water

Wash and rinse the raspberries. Clean, wash, and optionally halve the strawberries. Wash the pear, cut it in half, remove the core, and slice into thin strips. Peel the oranges thoroughly and fillet them. Peel the apple and dice it into small cubes.

Caramelize the whole grain sugar in a pot, then deglaze with apple juice, cranberry juice, and water; let simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pot from heat and add the fruits along with lemon juice to the hot liquid.

Stir in the almonds, allow to cool, then serve warm or cold. A dollop of yogurt or whipped cream pairs well with the fruit soup.
