- 1 peach
- 0.5 Mango
- 1 apple
- 1 Banana
- 100 g quark
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.5 lemon (zest and juice)
- 4 skewer sticks
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
- oil (for searing)

Peel each fruit, remove pits or cores. Cut into bite‑size cubes; slice the banana.

Thread alternating fruits onto the 4 skewers, then place them on a grill or in a lightly oiled skillet. Sear about 2 minutes per side until the fruit turns brown and develops a roasted aroma.

Meanwhile whisk quark, yogurt, lemon juice and zest, cream, and honey together; serve as a dip alongside the skewers. Dust the skewers with powdered sugar before serving.
