Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 20 ml orange liqueur
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 400 g dried fruit (e.g., plums, apples, pears, figs)
  • 200 g nut kernels (e.g., walnuts, almonds, pistachios)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch Cardamom

Instructions

    Peel the oranges thoroughly and cut out the segments. Squeeze a little juice from the remaining pulp and mix with the liqueur and lemon juice.

    Slice the dried fruit into strips. Roughly chop the nuts. Peel the banana and slice it. Combine all prepared ingredients with the juice in a bowl, season with cinnamon and cardamom, and let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
