- 400 g white chocolate (or couverture)
- 125 g mixed dried fruit (e.g., apricots, figs, raisins etc.)
- 200 g mixed nuts (e.g., walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews)
- white chocolate curls (for garnish)
- powdered sugar (to dust)

Melt the chocolate and temper it; fold in half of the dried fruit and nuts. Using a spoon, spread the mixture into five stars of varying sizes on parchment paper. Sprinkle with the remaining fruit and nuts and let cool. Release from the parchment, stack the stars together, and garnish with chocolate curls. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
