- 3 cm ginger
- 1 tsp black tea
- 1 pear
- 4 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
- 250 ml apple juice
- 250 ml pear juice
- 3 Cloves
- honey (to taste)
- Lemon juice
- 4 cinnamon sticks

Peel the ginger and slice it into rounds. Boil 500 ml water, add the tea, and let steep for 5 minutes.

Wash the pear, quarter it, remove the core, and cut into thin slivers. Distribute the pear slices, cranberries, and pine nuts among four glasses.

Add the apple and pear juice with ginger and cloves to a pot, heat, then add the tea and season everything with honey and lemon juice. Serve with cinnamon sticks.
