Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 120 g berries of choice (raspberries, blackberries, currants, blueberries ...)
- 1 peach
- 100 ml pear juice
- 130 g cold kefir
- sparkling mineral water

Peel the banana and slice it into rounds. Wash and rinse the mixed berries. Peel the peach, halve it, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small pieces. Set aside a few fruit pieces for garnish.

Blend the remaining fruit with pear juice and kefir until smooth. If the drink is too thick, stir in some sparkling mineral water to reach desired consistency.

Pour the drink into two tall glasses. Garnish each glass by placing a cocktail skewer with the reserved fruit pieces on top and serve immediately.
