Ingredients

  • 3 pears
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 80 g Roquefort
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • 1 rosemary sprig

Instructions

    Wash pears, quarter them, remove cores, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    Whisk lemon juice with honey and brush the pear quarters with this mixture.

    Remove half of the rosemary needles and finely chop them.

    Chop walnuts, mix with Roquefort and chopped rosemary. Fill the pear cavities with the mixture and bake under a preheated grill for about 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with remaining rosemary before serving.
