Fruit‑Laden Iced Tea with Lavender Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp black tea
  • 2 tbsp lavender honey (to taste, more or less)
  • 15 ice cubes
  • 1 unprocessed lime
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 150 ml clear apple juice
  • 150 ml peach juice

Instructions

    Pour the tea into a pot and pour 500 ml boiling water over it. Steep for about 3 minutes, strain through a sieve, and sweeten with lavender honey to taste. Add two‑thirds of the ice cubes.

    Wash the lime hot, halve it, cut off two slices and quarter the rest. Squeeze out the remaining juice. Fill the pot with the tea, the squeezed mint leaves, lime pieces, lime juice, apple and peach juices. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

    Fill glasses or bottles with the remaining ice cubes.
