Ingredients

  • 1 kg red apples
  • 1 kg pears
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 80°C fan mode. Wash both fruits and slice them thinly with a mandoline. Mix the lemon juice with 100 ml water in a bowl, dip the fruit slices, and let them dry on a kitchen towel.

    Arrange the slices on two baking trays lined with parchment paper. Dry in the oven for 2-3 hours with the door slightly ajar (e.g., insert a wooden spoon).
