Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch dill
- 200 g sheep cheese
- pepper (ground)
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- 2 yufka dough sheets (Turkish grocery store)
- 1 Egg white
- 500 ml oil (for frying)

Wash and pat dry the parsley and dill, then finely chop them. Crumble the cheese and mix with herbs, pepper, and paprika.

Separate the dough sheets and cut each into quarters with a sharp knife. Divide each quarter into three equal triangles, spread filling on top, press sides slightly together, brush edges with egg white, and roll from the wide side.

Heat oil in a tall pot and fry the rolls in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove, drain on paper towels, and serve.
