Fried Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 6 large shrimp (about 300 g)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • butter for frying
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • 20 g freshly grated ginger
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves

Instructions

    Peel the shrimp, split them lengthwise and remove the vein. Rinse and pat dry. Slice the steak into 12 long rectangles. Remove the stems from oyster mushrooms. Wash zucchini, trim ends, slice lengthwise into 6 thin strips.

    Whisk mayonnaise and crème fraîche together. Add lime zest and juice with ginger to the cream mixture. Wash, dry, and chop cilantro. Add it to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
