Feta Tuna Salad

Light lunch with a protein kick? Try the Feta Tuna Salad from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 1 romaine lettuce (ca. 200 g)
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 cans tuna (natural, approx. 200 g drained weight)
  • 80 g Black olives
  • 150 g sheep cheese (feta)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 6 tbsp cold-pressed olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the lettuce and let it drain.

    Wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

    Drain the tuna and break it into smaller chunks. Cut the feta into small cubes.

  4. 4.

    Make a vinaigrette with vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil. For serving, mix the salad with the remaining ingredients and the vinaigrette and arrange in bowls.
