Ingredients

  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 8 quail eggs
  • 8 tsp Keta caviar
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • white pepper
  • dill sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

    Hard boil the quail eggs in boiling water for 10-12 minutes, let them cool, peel and pat dry. Spread the salmon slices and lightly spread with cream cheese. Wrap one salmon slice around each egg, leaving about 1 cm of salmon at the top edge.

    Season the salmon-wrapped eggs with white pepper to taste. Place a spoonful of caviar on each egg and garnish with a dill sprig. Chill until serving.
