Fried Sausage with Colorful Pasta Salad

- 400 g farfalle
- Salz
- 1 red bell pepper
- 150 g fresh green peas
- 8 bratwurst sausages
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- pepper (ground)
- 8 parsley sprigs

Cook the farfalle in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes until al dente. Meanwhile, wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and white membranes, and dice into very small cubes.

Wash the peas, blanch them in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain through a sieve, rinse with cold water, and let them dry well. Score each sausage on both sides 4–5 times and brown them in a pan with hot oil until dark brown.

Drain the cooked pasta, rinse it, and combine it with the diced pepper, peas, oil, and vinegar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Plate the sausages alongside the pasta salad and garnish with parsley sprigs.
