Ingredients
- 50 g shrimp meat
- 2 Chinese cabbage leaves
- 24 Wan-Tan dough sheets (frozen, 10x10 cm, from the Asian store)
- 1 Egg white
- frying oil
- 1 leek stalk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp chili sauce

Finely chop the shrimp meat and Chinese cabbage. Brush the edges of the Wan Tan sheets with egg white. Place a small amount of filling on each sheet, roll up, and twist the ends together.

Heat frying fat to 175°C. Slice leek into rings. Briefly sauté in hot oil.

Fry the rolls in hot fat until golden. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve all together with chili sauce.
