Ingredients
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- chili powder
- Cumin powder
- 4 rump steaks (220 g each, 2 cm thick)
- 4 red onions
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 red chilies
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano (finely chopped)
- juice of 0.5 lemons
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Stir 2 tbsp olive oil with chili and cumin powder. Rub the steaks thoroughly and cover for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Peel onions and garlic. Slice onions into wedges, finely dice garlic. Rinse chilies; halve one, slice the other into rings. Mix remaining olive oil with onions, garlic, chili rings, herbs, lemon juice, and vinegar.
