Ingredients
- 750 g berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, blueberries)
- 250 g gelatine sugar (3:1)
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice

Wash and dry the berries. Rinse the jars thoroughly.

If necessary, roughly crush the berries and combine them with the gelatine sugar and lemon juice in a large pot; stir and let sit for about 30 minutes.

Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for 4 minutes until sparkling.

Perform a set test by placing 1-2 teaspoons of jam on a cold plate. If it has not set after 1 minute, continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.

Fill the jam into hot-washed jars and seal immediately. Place the jars upside down on their lids for 10 minutes to cool, then turn them right side up and let cool completely before labeling.
